Healthcare AdministrationĀ Certifications
Our Healthcare AdministrationĀ program certification develops leadership in health care quality management and compliance in healthcare, administrative care of patients, strategic management of home-based healthcare/ Medical Home in healthcare organizations. These programs are for students interested in advancing into Macro Social Work, Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health Leadership and earning Management College Credits and Degrees. Our students find careers in community-based government organizations, hospitals, long-term care facilities, mental health facilities, clinics working in the community.
Distance Learning Available Online
The Healthcare Administration program is a distance learning online advanced training series that is required for Professional Board Certifications as well as Continued Educations Credits for Nursing, Social Work, Mental Health, Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis for nursing professionals already licensed.
No direct classroom instruction and exertional direct practice-based skills are needed to receive Continued Educations Credits for already licensed professionals.
Non-degree students and/or students seeking certificate are required to complete direct practice fieldwork within a healthcare or human services organization within a Public Health Community Agency, Community Clinic and Human Services Community Agency.
Distance learning within our online curriculums and exertional direct practice-based skills are developed within the qualified Health and Human Services organization.
This training allows students and healthcare professionals to be credentialed in Healthcare Administration within three areas. Learners can pick one or all areas to complete.
Healthcare Administration Strategic Planning
Examples of the online training modules include:
- Leadership and Management of Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS)
- Practice Management
- Human Resources Management in Healthcare
Training Outline and Requirements
- Training start date: When you start watching the first training video
- Training end date: When you complete the last training test
- Students must complete all within 90 days before moving to second part
- Second part of the training with classroom instruction with a Qualified Assessor /Career Mentoring AdvisorĀ to develop Direct Practice Fieldwork Project
- Third part:Ā after 90 days of completing the modules, students can start Direct Practice Fieldwork approved by Qualified Assessor/Career Mentoring Advisors.
- Third part: Internship field base practice. 300 hours (20 hours weekly) within a Qualified Health and Human Services Organization working on a project with Qualified Assessor /Career Mentoring Advisors. Qualified Assessor and Qualified Health and Human Services Organization field advisors agree on hours completed until completed.
