Behavioral Technician Counselor  (BTC 101)

Course Description

This 40 hour Behavioral Technician Counselor course provides training to prepare students to apply to the Behavioral Analyst Certification Board (BACB) for a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Credential. Registered Behavioral Technicians are paraprofessionals in behavior analysis who practice and deliver behavior analysis services under the close, ongoing supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) or a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA). This training program is based on the RBT Task List (2nd ed.) and is designed to meet the 40-hours training requirement for RBT certification. The program is offered independent of the BACB. Taking this course alone does not give you the RBT credential. After successful completion of this course, Students will receive a certificate of completion.

This course is offered in both in-person and hybrid formats.

Hybrid Training Delivery Option

The hybrid training model involves an online component and an in-person component.
